cabbage, thinly sliced
red bell pepper, diced
cucumber, peeled sliced into coins and quartered
tomato, seeded and diced
sunflower oil, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients. Let set for 10 minutes, then enjoy. Yields vary.
