Ingredients:
½ kilo macaroni noodles
1 large onion, chopped
1 small can peas, drained
1 can tuna fish, rinsed and drained
1-2 spoonfuls mayonnaise
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
Boil macaroni until al dente. Drain
and set aside to cool.
Once cool, combine macaroni with onion, peas and tuna.
Stir well.
Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Serve hot or cold.
Yields 2 entrée
portions or 4 smaller poritons.
