Ingredients:
1 cup shredded red cabbage
2 medium carrots, shredded
2 small onions, thinly sliced
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
1-2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon celery seed or 1
tablespoon celery root, grated
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar,
sugar, celery seed and salt.
Place cabbages in a medium/large bowl, and pour
mayonnaise dressing over them.
Stir well.
Chill before serving.
