Ingredients:

ripe banana
1
cup kefir
1
pinch vanilla sugar
Directions:
In
a medium bowl, mash the peeled banana until very smooth with a fork or potato
masher. Add kefir and vanilla sugar and beat with a whisk or wooden spoon. To
cool this drink down, add a few ice cubes before mixing with a whisk. Remove
the cubes before drinking.
Note:
You can also try strawberry, raspberry or any other type of fruit to create
your very own smoothie by hand during the summer months. Yields 1 serving.
