Ingredients:
cabbage, thinly sliced
carrot, grated
red bell pepper, diced
cucumber, peeled sliced into coins and quartered
tomato, seeded and diced
sunflower oil, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Let set for 10 minutes, then enjoy.
Yields vary.
Note: Red bell pepper, cucumber and tomato are all optional
ingredients based on availability. If you find them in the winter, indulge in a
deserved vitamin booster.
