Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1 handful fettuccini or
spaghetti noodles
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
Directions:
Gently bring the milk to
heat. Before it boils, add the pasta, sugar and salt. Watch the dish carefully,
being careful not to scald the milk. Cook pasta until soft. Serve in a large
bowl as a hearty Ukrainian breakfast treat. Yields 2 servings.
