Ingredients:
½ kilogram farsh
1 onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 egg
1-2 handfuls breadcrumbs or oatmeal
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper (or chili pepper)
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix
well. Divide and form patties approximately 3 inches in diameter. Fry patties
in a little oil or salo. They’re done
when the insides are no longer pink. Yields 8-10 patties.
