Ingredients:
½ liter jar (2 cups) of sour cabbage, juice squeezed
out
8 cups water
½ kilo pork meat on the bone (optional)
2 bay leaves
1 large carrot, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 bouillon cubes
3 small potatoes, peeled and diced
pepper
Directions:
Bring water and pork to boil. Add all ingredients,
except sour cabbage. Simmer 10 minutes. Add sour cabbage and simmer 10 more
minutes. Yields 4-6 servings.
